Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Please note that normal wear and tear is not covered. Manufacturing defects are covered under our warranty. The original piece must be returned for professional evaluation prior to approval of any replacement or repair. 

WARRANTY POLICY & WARRANTY PORTAL

All pieces include a 60-day manufacturing defect warranty, eligible for return or exchange.

For added peace of mind, an extended one-year warrant may be purchased for an additional cost of $10 CAD.
